Help!!

I hope this is the correct topic to put under.

I have opened a file that requires you to select what you want to open with and always open with was selected. I selected the incorrect file and now it only opens in that file format. I meant to select regsvr32.exe Is there anyway to undo what I messed up? Thanks all for your help

Can't you just right click on the same file, and reselect what to open it with?

No Because I selected to always open with this file! :-(

Which operating system are you using?

I seem to remember that with win 98, you could hold down shift and right click, then select "open with"

try changing that in folder options under tools, file types
