Ok currently i have a geforce2 mx 32mb and i want to buy a new card...now i don't play alot
of hardcore games...just the occasional game of MOH and perhaps doom in the future?
I don't want to spend a ton of money right now so those $400 cards are out of the picture.
What's the best card for say under $100?? I'm pretty sure just about anything will be
better than my current card.
I'm looking at the geforce4 mx or perhaps the low end FX 5200 or maybe one of the radeons
like the 9200...I may even splurge and go as high as a TI4200 (I've seen those for like
$130ish...)

I have an athlon xp machine with a asus a7s333 (in case there are hardware conflicts with
mb's...)

Thanks for your help?

The Ti4200 is the best gaming card of the lot you mentioned. I'd avoid the FX5200 as they are way overpriced for what you are getting. The Radeon 9100 would be a better gaming card than the 9200, but either is acceptable if the price is right (the 9100 is a re-badged 8500LE, the 9200 is a revamped 9000). Any of those will give you a huge performance boost over the GeF2MX.

What mb is it? If you can, get a 128mb one. The 64mb is still good, but the 128mb will come in handy for future games.

Good. When games are released that take advantage of the 128mb, then it`ll be faster than the 64mb version. Doom3, for example, uses 80mb worth of textures alone, and thats not including the other stuff that gets put in the buffer.
