HELP XP ?

Hi


i have this little problem in xp pro

if i have any program minimised like mirc or winmx or even windows explorer and i try play a game with those minimized
at the same time,playing a game with mirc open,as i run the game the game to is minimized and when I try to maximize
it just tries to maximize and the just minimizes again

please what gives???

I've had that problem a few times before when playing Starcraft. Usually a reboot solves the problem, but I really have no idea what causes it
