Help. XP system running out of resources.

I'm still having the problem and have been suspicious of Avira. Strange though that my wife is running Avira Free also and her computer is nearly an identical setup to mine, but she's not having the problem. I'm going to uninstall Avira and see if that's the culprit.
 
I see it now and then on my laptop, also with Avira Free. I think the issues mainly show up on computer running small amounts of RAM. Both of my computers only have 512MB .. I think the code in Avira wants more sometimes.
