Help: Xeon-compatible 775 motherboards

Hi. I want to run a Xeon processor using an s775 board. Was wondering if anyone on AT could confirm that a particular model can do this. Alternatively, I'm looking for s775 boards which support ECC memory.

Anyone with experience doing this?

There were a couple single socket server boards that we released (they have all been discontinued) but the last 2 of these boards were the Intel Server boards S3210SHLX and the S3210SHLC (of which there are still some in stock at our Distributors). Otherwise I wouldnt know of any other motherboard manufacturers that may still have some s775 server boards.

I used an X3380 Xeon in an Asus P5E Deluxe mobo. But the X3380 is simply a 9.5x multiplier Yorktown. But it ran great. Overclocked it to 4GHz easy-peasey.

I had a Xeon X3330 (q9400) recognized properly on all 6 boards I tried it on. ECS g31, Gigabyte g41, p35, p45, Asus p43, x38 boards. I think most later gen 775 boards will recongize Xeons.

I have a Gigabyte P45 a friend gave me. But I don't want a quad Xeon, I want a Xeon L3014. It's the only single-core on the 775 platform with EIST and a 1066 speed fsb. I think it's a 65nm Conroe.
