Help! Worm in my DB!

I'm running MSSQLSERVER and I was dumb enough to leave my std login as sa with a null password, and apparently, I've contracted the Voyager Alpha Force worm, which I beleive has been used to change my login password. This is on a system that has not quite gone live yet, but I will loose months of work if I can't get my data out of the database. The worm is outlined in this Microsoft kn-base article: Q313418.

Does anyone know how to repair this so I can get my data out?
