HELP - Workstation's not seeing my BEFSR81

running win98se, using DHCP. the light on the router turns on, so i think that the router is seeing the computer, but the computer is not seeing the router. what's going on, and how can i fix it?
 
Have you cloned the MAC address on the router? That was the main reason my network didn't just come straight up.
