HELP!! Won't Post, Nothing on monitor... Bad Mobo? Bad PSU?

My build has been running fine all summer until the day after school starts, when it dies on me. Basically here is what happened. Shut everything off, went to turn computer back on, won't boot, (all fans turn on, drives light up,) but nothing on my monitor, (no signal). Open it up, pull out the videocard and reinstall it, boots up fine. (every now and again I have to do this). Then while in XP I goto print something so I plug in my printer into a USB slot, and everything freezes. It won't power down except for turning off the powersupply. So I do so and now it won't boot at all. Tried pulling out the videocard, wireless card, the soundcard, and removing the battery on the internal clock.. no luck.. I lent a buddy my internal speaker and he lost it, so I need to find another (internal speaker).

----> any ideas on what I can try?
----> where can I order a new internal speaker.. nobody by me sells them..

Build:

Asus A8n-e
Corsair VS 1 g
MSI x800xl
Wd sata 200gb
Antec 400w PS
2-optical drives

Usualy, the system light will flash if there is somethign wrong, which will show that the mobo is fine. If you take out the video card and push the power and the system light flashes, then the mobo should be fine. Try shorting the green with one of the black wires on ur PSU's 20pin connector to see if the PSU is operating correctly. When you say it wont boot at all, does the fan still flashes?

When I pulled out the video card, and hit the power button, it can on for about 5 seconds than shut off. When I did it again, it stayed on. I put the video card back in, and it just powers up, and shuts right off, all fans come on, and shut off right away. It will only stay on if I hold the power button.. The status light on the mobo didn't flash, it just stayed lit. But everytime I have to shut the system off at the power supply. The power button won't shut it off and the reset button doesn'w work either. How can I short the psu? As far as the fans, they all come on, and stay on until I shut down the power supply. Could it be a bad PSU?

reset the CMOS according to ASUS's website, tried again but nothing happened.. The power will not stay on unless I hold the button down for at least 5-10 seconds. And I have to shut everything off at the PSU, the power button doesn't work... HELP ME!!

If you have a leftover PCI video card lying around, slap it in there, take out the MSI, and see if it works now.
