Hello, I have a pretty new Macbook purchased in November. I'm currently sharing a wireless router with my hallmate and it seems like my Macbook randomly disconnects and loses connection with it. This is strange because it doesn't happen with any of my wireless G devices (Wii, PS3, or friend's older Dell notebook). Is this possibly caused because my airport is configured to 802.11n? Does anyone know a remedy for this? i.e. changing settings or downloading wireless configuration programs for mac? Thanks.

I can't even connect my MacBook to my home network.

I have enabled the MAC address on the Router and I am dam sure I am entering the right password...

I'll double check again tonight.

My iPhone and the other pc laptops connect fine.

What kind of WiFi security are you using? I've used my MacBook on my WRT54G with Alchemy and a Cisco (781W? 871W?) router as well without a hitch. We're using WPA Personal on both routers. MAC filtering disabled since anyone who really wants to get on your network will know that it's easily spoofable. :p

Is your SSID broadcasted? I've seen some wireless cards have troubles on some routers, but others work fine. My MacBook works flawlessly with the WRT (SSID visible) and the Cisco (SSID hidden).
