Help with WinXP ICS

My Win2000 ICS works perfectly sharing my DSL(using RSAPPPoE) into my internal network. However, I CANNOT do the same thing with WinXP. Basically even WinXP works just that in the internal computers, WEBPAGES will NOT load for some Strange reasons. ICQ works, Ping works, DNET client works. Everything works except webpage wont load. I am running out of ideas and i really got NO idea what is wrong.

I boot back into my Win2000 OS (host machine) and my WINXP client works and webpage loads. But once I boot into WinXP (host), the clients (WinXP as well) cannot access ANY webpages.

Configuration as follows
Host (WinXP)
NIC Connecting to the DSL MODEM
[no protocol selected]
NIC Connecting to the internal network
[TCP/IP] selected with static IP of
192.168.0.1
subnet 255.255.255.0

ICS enabled on the DSL connection page.

Client (WinXP)
[TCP/IP] enabled with static IP of
192.168.0.2
subnet 255.255.255.0
default gateway 192.168.0.1
DNS: 192.168.0.1

seriously i cannot find ANY problems with this setup. Also, ICQ and Dnet client, and PING works on the client meaning the connection has got to be correct. Just that it cannot load any webpage makes it very weird

I checked, none of the firewalls are enabled.

What is REALLY weird is that I can run nearly all internet applications and yet, HTTP browsing seems to be the only problem.
 
I dont know what, but I went back to RASPPPoE with WinXP and it worked 🙂

Looks like it could be a bug.
