Help with WIN95 vertion of 98 msconfig

Working on a friends box and can't remember how to get to the file to shut off start up programs. Win98 has msconfig-tools-system -start, where you just ck or unck. doesn't 95 have the same?

start...run..."sysedit"

not like msconfig..but does the job to open startup files and you can edit them manually

Go to Mike Lin's Homepage and download StartUp controle panel. You will like it. Maybe you have to download the Microsoft Windows Installer engine but there is a link to it.

Thanks for the info and the website. just downloaded the files and will try that.
