Help With Win 98 Password

I reinstalled Win98 and i guess I hit the wrong button when the first password splash came up because now I have to go through that screen every time it boots. The password is null (nothing put in) but I have to hit either OK or CANCEL each time. . . its driving me nuts!

What do I change in the regestry to convience it not to ask anymore?

Try this:

Under networking in control panel, change the primary logon to windows logon. Restart... if it asks you for a password just press enter and then restart again... hopefully that works 🙂

If not, try deleting the .pwl files in c:\windows...
