Ok. I have one 40 gig HDD wich i partitioned into two, during my Installation. C: is the one without any OS on it and it is Formatted as Fat32. D: is the one with win 2000 and it is formatted as NTFS. I reformatted my C: partition to install linux on it, and then restarted. Now when it trys to load windows it gives me the error message "NTLDR is missing"

I have tried repairing the intallation to no end.HELP
