Help with Whatsapp Web

For the last 2 days, I can not send photos & videos using https://web.whatsapp.com/

Nothing happens when I click the option to attach photos & videos. The Browse window does not show up. All 3 computers have the same problem.
Only text messages can send/receive.
Using phone can send/receive photos & videos no problem.

Can anyone confirm that it is a problem from their side ?
Or is it mine ?
 
I sent an email to the support yesterday, and got a reply. Apparently they have some problem in some regions. After I received the reply, it worked again this morning, but then broken again in 5-6 hours.
I also got a confirmation from several users in my region that they have the same problem when using the web.
I think there must be something broken with the codes on web.whatsapp.com/

But I found a solution. Apparently if I drag the photo directly from windows explorer to the firefox tab (whatsapp web with selected contact) , the link is sucessfully made, and a window appears showing the photo attachment with a SEND button.

Just an update.
I tried again just now, and it works. Don't know for how long though.
But clearly they are fixing it.
