Help with Web Cam/Camera Software

Looking for somebody that has a logitech camera 510. Having problem getting the camera to open in the software that came with the camera. It says that the camera is in use by another program. All progams are closed when this happens. The camera works in netmeeting and 2 other programs, but will not work in the logitech software. You can open the other 3 software programs and the camera works. Looking for some help, as the logitech software has some features that my daughter would like to use. PLEASE PROVIDE SOME HELP

i have a kensington camera (horrible) and it has tons of problems..mostly stemming from the software.

does this problem occur after using the cam previously in the same windows session? do a clean boot and try it again. my cam had similar erratic problems similar to that. i don't even use it now; and i actually PAID 70 dollars for the damn thing.
