Help with Virutal PC

I have some computer that i want to setup on a virutal lan. i set the network cards ip address in Virutal pc to 192.168.0.1 and the other one to 192.168.0.2 and they cant see each other. Is there any settings that i need to change.

VPC might have the same difficulties in Sharing as the regular PCs,

Check carefully your settings it is the same as any real PC.

Make sure your virtual bridge is setup correctly. Can you ping from physical IP to virtual IP. I am not sure how VirtualPC handles the bridge. If it is anything like VMWare you will have a reference in network properties as well as device manager. I've used VirtualPC before but it's been awhile and I didn't have any real problems with it to troubleshoot. You have to make the interface shared if I remember correctly. Should be on the properites of the VM.

you have to change the network options for the virtual machine properties to shared NAT iirc. I have never tried to network between 2 inside a PC, I always just have them briged to the real interface, and get IP's from the DHCP server.
