HELP with videos!

I have no clue whats going on. I KNOW these videos are in color as iv watched them in color before but now for some reason its not in full color. I can see a little red and very faint yellow and thats it. I ahvent done anything so I cant figure it out. Iv even tryed different players and still no go. whats wrong??
 
Update your codecs. Open the video with a program like GSpot, find out which video codec it requires, then install the latest version.
 
ok I downloaded that program and ran it but I have no idea what im really looking at as to me its just a bunch of words. Also Iv ne updated or downloaded codecs before so im completely lost 🙁
 
I'm not on a PC at the moment but when I get home I'll walk you through it. I believe the codec info is on the right, but I cant be certain without looking at it.
 
thanks! I saw some info and stuff and manged to find info about the video but I dont know what I was looking at😛
