Help with video card purchase

I looking into getting a new video card and I'm trying to keep it under $150 or so. What should I go with? I've been eyeing the Radeon vivo 64 DDR, or the Prophet 2 ti. I hard some good and bad stuff about the radeon. What's the better card? Thanks.

AccessMicro has some great prices on MSI GF2 or GF3 cards NewEgg has good deals on ATi cards. At $164, the MSI GF3 Ti200 is a great price.
