Help with vid drivers uninstalling

Hi all,

I have the strangest problem lately. My Omega tweaked video drivers would somehow uninstall. I don't think I do anything different. I turn on my computer and notice that the refresh rate was at its lowest setting and a 'new hardware detected' window would come on. It happen twice since I had the Leadtek6600GT installed on my computer like 2 weeks ago.

has anyone heard of this???
