help with using a boot disk

Im trying to use a boot disk to clean out my computer. When i insert my disk, 3 options come up, these are:

(disk name) GHO
BOOTCAT
BOOTIMG

I want to totally refresh my computer to the boot disk. what option should I pick?

Windows XP and what im trying to do is use the disk to bring back my computer to the state of the image burned on the disk.

did you try to put CD and your main boot device and try to boot from the CD's one of my firends had the same problem
