This is an internal apacer card reader that can read CF/SD/etc cards.
When I plug it in into the internal USB headers and boot up, the system detects it and it works fine.
However, after a while (maybe after I plugged in something - usb key drive, ipod etc), the drive letters will disappear (say, I: for CF, J: for SD etc). I have to manually unplug it and plug it in again for the system to see it again
Device Manager detects it as "unknown device" and I can't seem to change it to USBSTOR.SYS since it uses generic windows drivers. I have tried uninstalling it, then scan hardware changes to detect again, but it will still detect as "unknown device"
I have to manually unplug it and plug it in again for it to work, and it's bloody annoying!
Is there a way for me to "unplug" it software-wise so I don't have to open my case everytime?
