My company is currently using Netgear WNDR3700 routers and D'link dap-1522 access points for customers large 5000 sq. ft. + homes... but we seem to be replacing many of these either due to them just going bad, or the wireless signals are just so week.

We have used a Pakedge K6 router and Pakedge W6 Access Points but the price is way to high for a normal client.

Is there a good in-between to go to? We were wanting an Access Point that would auto-move the wireless device from AP to AP depending on the strength of the signal, but we can't seem to find that type of device for sale anymore either.

Thanks all for your help!

What is the available budget?

Ubiquity Unify access points are pretty reliable, relatively inexpensive, and handle seamless roaming fairly well.

Routers maybe around $150 and Access Points about $100... but we care more about reliability, stability and seamless roaming more then keeping in that budget.
