Ok guys and gals...regrettably I have been out of the hardware arena for a bit, and I am now ready to upgrade my aging Athlon X2.

I have about $470 to spend on a new processor/mobo/RAM. What is my best bet for far gaming and a bit of video editing. I am wanting to go Intel, and at least 2GB of RAM..

Oh help me hardware gurus!
