I am starting work in a couple of weeks and I have to brush up on my UNIX commands. I havent used it in almost 4 years so I am pretty rusty. Any particular web sites/guides that you guys would recommend?

I did a google search and came up with a few reasonable results, but I figured there might be some good ones out there that wont show up. thanks!

PM me your address and I'll send you a couple of my old Unix reference-type books for the cost of postage. Let me know how you want them shipped if you're interested.

Check out some books on shell programming or unix basics.
Do a search online and you'll find a wealth of info.
Try the bash manual for the bourne again shell which is pretty good.

There is an advanced bash shell programming guide that you can download free off the web which is superb.
