HELP! with tyan tiger mpx system

Basically if I hit the power button...it turns on, but doesnt post, but if i hit reset while its on it will reset and post everytime. Also, it doesnt want to boot from a bootable cd, perhaps I am doing something wrong, no idea what though.

Need a little more info, Tyan make several MPX boards which one do you have, what CPU's and also WHAT POWER SUPPLY, etc....

I have built 5 MPX systems so more info and maybe I can help
