Help with Trojan horse

Posted this in Off Topic too.. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this... and please let me know where to post if it is.

I use AntiVir and it keeps popping up with the error you can see here. Each time I move the file to quarantine and a new one pops up with the filename slightly different.

Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? Is it even a trojan or is AntiVir wrong? They don't have any virus information when I search their database and I can't find anything on google.

AntiVir may be missing the root of the infection, and just killing the part that it sees. To start with, maybe try F-secure's online scanner and see if it detects something, and post the names of what it detects: http://support.f-secure.com/enu/home/ols.shtml
