HELP with transparent gif

I made some animated gifs with Ulead Gif Animator 5, and I am currently trying to make the backround transparent on these animated gifs, buy I cannot figure out how. with out starting over and makeing each "frame" have a transparent in photo editor. Does anyone know who to make a animated gif have a transparent background in Ulead Gif Animator or anyother program, any help would be great.

I don't know Ulead Gif Animator but there must be a means to pick a transparent background color in each frame. Every gif animating program I've used has that feature.
