HELP with this new member!!!!

Boy this is getting wierd. It's about a new member of ours that I was asigned to mentor. Boy this one has been some work. His name is roreen but on AT he is ronien. Well he seems to have multiple accounts and I can't figure it out. He pointed out to me that he had 2 queue's set up with OK and it all just snowballed and none of it makes sense. So I present this to you smart folks.

his registration class for Aug 16th link he is number 12 and 99. 12 has 36WU?s, 99 has 9 for 46 total.
User stat page for e-mail that I had Link Shows that he has 17wu?s and registered on 8-16

Does not make sense, the math does not add up? Wait it gets better!

OK?s queue Link shows he has 2 for him once with 17wu?s and another with 52 but the one with 52 shows results starting on 8-16 and the one with 17 shows results starting 8-21

Confused yet? I am! I have found no way to find out what e-mail he used to set up accounts on each PC. None of this math add?s up!!!

So to remedy this and get both his computers crunching for the TeAm, what do I need to have him do? Does he need to start over from scratch? I hope to find another way so he does not loose credit for his WU?s and the TeAm can get all his

The registration class page isn't updated very often so those figures are old.
Have him enter his email and have his password send to that email. Then he can do a name change on that account then you will know which account is which. Then he will have to remember the email for the other account. If he can't do that then he will have to delete the work units on the machine that email account is set up on and start over on that machine with the correct email account.
