Help with this error

My game froze during play (C&C Generals), restarted my computer and got an error. Here is what the file says.

Any idea anyone? Should I try reinstalling drivers or does it look like a drivers issue?

I have ATI Radeon 9700 Pro
Athlon 64 2800+
60GB HD
768MB of PC2700 ddr ram.
