I know this isn't exactly a video problem, but I've decided nevertheless to post it here, so someone who knows something about it may contact me.
I have a LEGO Mindstorms Vision Command System camera, essentially a Logitech QuickCam Web. For a project, I need to know the intrinsic camera parameters such as focal length, image detector distance (distance between CCD and lens assembly) and aperture size. Logitech has refused to reveal such information to customers, but certain attempts detailed on the Internet demonstrate methods to determine such information from calibration techniques.
Though I may too pursue calibration, I was wondering if anyone on this message board has any idea about these values and if you do, please let me know by email at vivek_saxena@lycos.com or post it here. I'll be very grateful.
