Help with thank you e-mail

So today is my last day at what has been my full time job for the last 3 years. I'm not exactly fond of the people I work with and just going in to work has become an act of self-torture. The thing is, my co-workers gave me a $25 gift card that is valid at like 5 restaurants. I want to send out a thank you/goodbye e-mail but I've never been any good at writing these sorts of things and not to mention that I?m really not interested in speaking to any of them ever again beyond today. I figure what better way of getting feedback than by asking ATOT.

So, any suggestions on something that might be short and sweet? Only thing I?ve come up with is "You have all become like a second family and I will miss working here. Thank you all for the card and gift."

And for those who I am sure will mention it, yes I am neffing@work.

send a general thank you to the company and the "real" thank you to the close friends you made there.

If there are none, then F*ck it.

It has been a pleasure working with you.

Thank you for the opportunities that you have provided me and I wish you all the best.

Structure it into a paragraph and send away.

Edit: Oh yeah, mention the gift card in there somewhere as well.

Yup.
Be polite and decent. There are obviously people there who think enough of you to give you a going away present.
Whether you hate them or not, they certainly deserve a polite and gracious thank-you.
