Ok heres the problem. I have 2 Quantum Atlas II drives that I want to setup. When I have just 1 drive hooked up I have no problems. When I hook up the second drive I get a driver error in Win98. I have setup the IDs of the drives and set the jumpers on both for Delay spin. Everything looks good in the SCSI bios but when I boot to Windows the Drivers shows and error. Can anybody help me out getting this set up right?

Thanks,
Fishingeek

Make sure you have the most recent BIOS and driver. I vaguely remember there being some odd error with those drives and Tekrams' U160 cards.

It says that the dirver isn't loaded. I tried switching channels and it with then show an error with tne new one but not the old one. I did download the latest drivers for it but the same thing happens. I guess that I can try to update the BIOS and see if that works. But the card is only 2 months old.

Make sure you have the most recent BIOS as well:

"Add support for Quantum Atlas 10K II, and VA Linux, Chardonnay ISP system, AMI System BIOS."
