Help with TCP/IP printing

I have been trying to setup a Xerox Workcentre Pro 40 to print from the PC's in the office. Here's what I got so far...
Several desktops and two laptops (all running WinXP Home) and either hardwired or wirelessly connected to an 802.11b NetGear Router and sharing a cable connection. The Xerox machine is supposed to have TCP/IP printing capabilities, so I bought a Belkin Wireless Ethernet Bridge, thinking that I could get the PC's to print to it by creating a TCP/IP printer port and downloading the drivers. I think I might have a faulty Bridge because I cannot get an internet connection with it on any of the computers. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for all your help. You guys rock.

If the printer has an ethernet port and is connected to the same hub/switch as the PCs, you need to add a printer on the PC/XP hosts. Add as a local printer and configure a new port as TCPIP. You have to have the printer on the lan first though. For troubleshooting you could connect a PC and the printer directly with a crossover cable.
