Help with Task Scheduler

I can't get Task scheduler to work. It works on one of my my systems, but not on the other. Same task, same OS, XP pro. I have them networked through a crossover cable, could that do anything?
I already made sure it was running in Services.
 

What user level is the login?

User, Operator, Backup Operator, Administrator, and what the schedule set to run as?
 

Make sure task scheduler not prevent or disable in group policy.

Still no luck. It works if I try it on the Admin account, but I can't get it to work for the power user account.
