help with system.. i'm lost....

Shuttle Ai61 slot A MBB Athlon 700mhz CPU.
64MB Nvidia Geforce2 MX400 AGP
SDRAM 256M, 32x64 PC-133
HD 30GB|MAXTOR 2F030J0 30GB 5400R%

C-Media 4-channel PCI sound
1.44 MB 3.5 INCH HIGH DENSITY FLOPPY DISK DRIVE
Conexant 56k v.92 pci modem


First off.. having a hard time installing windows xp on the thing.. some cd's wont' work.. they will keep hanging in the same place.. other ones will just blink the screen at the same place.. but will continue on..

then after you can get it installed it will come up with a minidump errror after every reboot.
C:/windows/minidump/mini110104-88.dmp Anyone know what the minidump is??

It also comes up with an error to the video card.. I have replaced (swtiched out) the video card with one I know there are no problems with the exact same one actually and it still does it.. I have switched out ram.. still does it..

So.. I guess.. anyone know where the heck to start looking to solve this problem?

Mail it to me, and mail me the MPS Reports .cab file, after you've done all the stuff mentioned in the URL in my .sig, and I'd be happy to tell you what's going on, assuming it's a software issue.
