I just bought an Asus Eee PC Seashell series netbook and wanted to transfer all of my music and videos from my iPod classic on to iTunes on my new netbook. When I plug the iPod into my netbook, iTunes is telling me it can only transfer the purchased songs. Naturally, my goal is to be able to sync everything on my iPod classic to both my new netbook and my existing desktop PC. Apple.com's help section hasn't been very helpful. It seems like this shouldn't be that hard.
I remember after I reformatted my desktop PC and connected the iPod for the first time after reformatting, the iPod thought I was syncing to a new computer and at the time stated that the iPod can be synced to 5 machines. Now I'm not even getting that prompt when connecting to the new netbook. If anybody has some instructions on how to accomplish this, so any time I connect my iPod to either the netbook or desktop PC, it works and will sync everything, that would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
