I figure if anyone knows how to capture video from a website they will be here. I would appreciate any advice. What apps are best for this etc. (or if maybe there is a more simple way =)

BTW The video is streaming and is not stored in cach.
 
do you mean like recording someones realvideo, or just screen capture stuff???
I used to use lotus screencam for screen capture stuff a long time ago??
 
Hypersnap is a good, but, I refused to anty-up on their last "upgrade" price. Seems the unlimited upgrades are only for specific releases of their software. I did have problems with my dvd capture (but I have a outdated DVD decoder card) .

BTW ... its only screen capture. not the stream itself.

Just another way to get one more buck imo.
