help with soundcard in win2k

i downloaded the win2000 driver for my cheap als100 soundcard but i cant get the joystick to work. i have sound but it wont let me attach a gamepad any ideas...btw i know my soundcard sucks but being an elementary school teacher and having a wife that hates the computer always seems to put a dent in my upgrading🙂
 
I don't know if yoiu have a cheap controller, however you might want to try those drivers, if not try downloading some generics.
