OK, this one should be pretty hard, its a long time ago, maybe 7 years, it was mostly in another language, maybe some sort of african dialect.

It does sound like the updated version of "Iko Iko" from the Belle Stars. I beleive it was on the Rain Man soundtrack.

Problem is, "Iko Iko" is mostly in English. It is upbeat though, check it out DAM, maybe that is it.
