Help with song title..

I'm trying to think of a song where the chorus has something similar to "I can't ____(sing?), and I can't ____(dance?)...."

Not much to go on, but it was at one point a fairly popular song..

Yup.... I was reminded of it from the latest south park - which btw, that was all a reference to an 80's movie called "Heavy Metal" - which is a great soundtrack.

The south park clip was fun but, the music was nowheres near as good as the Heavy Metal soundtrack.
