Help with small Font in Firefox

When I go to some web pages the font is to small to read. This only happens in Firefox and not IE 🙁 At this page the font is fine, but when I clicked on the word problems I can't read the text unless I use Clrl +. Is there a setting in Firefox that I can use so the text will be a more normal size. This seems to happen, of all places, at open source program websites.

Here's a screen of how it looks on my PC. Firefox on the left, IE on the right

Thanks
