Help with setting up Intel Matrix

After reading 'entering the matrx', i was inspired to do the following:
I've recently acquired a Baraccuda 7200.9 500GB, with 4X125GB platters. My question is, how do i slice the harddrive using matrix, so that I can arrange 3-5GB out of each platter, making sure they are all sliced from the outter layer, and combine them to create my boot drive? I'd like to do the same thing to my 320GB and raptorX too.
Please give me some instructions, I've been searching everywhere for anwsers.
