Don't know if this belongs here in OT, but I was unware to put it elsewhere.

I just setup Server 2003 (Corporate Edition) @ my fathers office building, and im currently trying to finish the setup with Server Exchange. I want to use the email that I have set up on their web hosting (POP3 and SMPT)
(the email inside of like cpanel). I was told by my web hoster that all I have to do is leave the one admin account inside cpanel and exchange will do the rest. But supposedly i was also told i need a pop connector to download the email to exchange. I don't know much about this. So all help is greatly appricated.

Yeah, exchange sucks for a pop3 connection. Small Business Server I think still has the pop3 connector, but otherwise you are stuck using a third party. I have used eXchangePop3 and it works pretty good. I believe there are some programs written for Linux that are free.
