Help with Samsung H200?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone can help me.

There is firmware for this camcorder released on the Samsung website and a video showing how to install it.

However, when I plug my camera into the computer and attempt to drag the FW files onto the device I get a restricted symbol which doesn't allow me to copy them on.

Does anyone know why this is?
