is there a program or site that can consolidate multiple feeds and create a "master" RSS feed?for example, taking a CNN news feed, an MSNBC feed and a Times feed and having an XML file that has all of them. is that even possible?

i'd really like to use a consolidated feed for a site, if possible. i've tried google news, but it has way too many sources.
