Help with router and pcanywhere?

I have an SMC router. Do I need to open a certain port in order to get my pc at work (dial-up) to connect to my pc at home (@home)?

do you mean your PC at your house or do you mean you PC using "att @home" service? im not sure what the correct answer is to your question, but this was the first thing that popped into my mind.

Felix- Both. My pc at my house is comcast@home service. So I want to connect my pc that is a dial-up connection at work to my comcast @home cable service at my house.

IIRC, PCAnywhere uses ports 5631/TCP & 5632/UDP.

But I could be wrong.
