Alright, I have a problem. I spent a heck of alot of money on my current rig.. and I'm just not seeing the performance that I'd expect. I only get between 30-80fps (more towards the lower end) in Unreal Tournament at 1024x768x32bpp. I'm wondering which drivers I should be using, and what I'm doing wrong??? Thanks!
My rig...

Windows 98SE
latest via 4-in-1 drivers
factory drivers (6.36 dets)
AMD Thunderbird 1.2ghz @ 1.4ghz
FOP32-1
Abit KT7-RAID
416MB PC100 cas2 ram
GeForce2 GTS (creative annihilator2)
AOpen 10/100 NIC
SBLive! Platinum
PlexWriter 12/10/32A

I'd really appreciate any tips you could give me. BTW, my 3dmark score is around 8000 with 1024x768x32.

Thanks.

You need to down load the new EPIC UT renderers and run it in OpenGL with High Resolution textures. Do a search in this forum for find out more, we just had a thread that addressed this issue.

If you have vsync on, then turn it off.
with vsync on your fps will not go any higher than your refresh rate.

Why not try a newer det 3. Some will screw up your rid though. Ive been on the 6.72 for a month, but i dont play alot of different games so i dont know about universal compatability. And dont forget fsaa kills fps too. And its d3d setting is on by default i believe.
