Help with ratings...(hehe...found my answer) :)

I have seen a few posts about user ratings, and can see in the user profile where I would 'vote' for a person, but I don't see any instructions anywhere as to the meaning of the vote.

i.e. Is 1 the best vote, or is 10 the best vote? (I'd hate to be trying to give someone a great review and instead give them an awful one!)

Oops, sorry, I did a search for this, but must have misspelled it, since I just found another thread with the answer..
