Help with radeon 9600 Oc

anyone have any experience ocing the 9600pro w/ 256mb? it seems that the 128 version has 300mhz x 2 and the 256 has 200mhz x 2 ram. Anyone have an estimate on how far you could oc the mem on the 256?

Google the memory module seriel on the stamped top side. That will list the max specs for that memory....sorry I only have a 128mb 9600Pro mine is @ Core 495 MemDDR 690 I.O.W 345 Memory.
