Can anyone give me a rough date estimate on what people mean by Qaurter 1 2 3 & 4 of a year? Im never good with theese kinds of things 🙁

Trying to figure outs some ****** and my friend tells me "quarter one this year" and i knew jan maybe feb. 🙁 i r lose
 
It depends on what type of business. I think small businesses can set when their own fiscal year ends and public companies have corresponding quarters. A quarter is always 3 mo.
